Keith Tilley, MBA
Keith is proud to be a member of the B&B team. He enjoys sharing his vision and energy with such an incredible group of dedicated professionals. Keith brings experience from his diverse background to find creative ways to lead Alberta's best demolition contractor. He brings real world know how from his construction and framing background. He applies process, safety and operational controls from his 12 years of experience as a Commercial pilot. Keith also applies business acumen learned from his experience at the UofA EMBA program along with his other business endeavours.
When not working with his team of Demolition professionals Keith can be found with his wife and Son at their cabin West of Edmonton. If he's not at the cabin he's either skiing or on a bicycle pretending he's not getting older and slower!
Jamie joined the B&B Demolition team in October 2016 in a Business Development role. Jamie's love for our city took her on a path to join the Construction Industry 17 years ago. She joins the B&B Demolition team with great enthusiasm. Jamie thrives on helping Owners and Contractors with their demolition requirements to make way for new projects to continue Edmonton's growth!
Jamie has grown up in Edmonton, loving our festival city and being very involved in school and community sports, playing and watching! Cheering for the Oilers or the Eskimos or not cheering at all!
Ben started at B&B Demolition in 2001. He has dedicated himself to grow within the company and has held many positions before becoming a full time estimator. His experience in the field and in safety enables Ben to estimate projects with a unique understanding of all the details of the job. Ben is always striving to achieve excellence in the industry and satisfy his customers. Ben is an active member of the Edmonton Executive Association.
Ben enjoys watching sports and spending time with his family. If he is not at the local pub watching a game and socializing he might be in a chair getting a new tattoo.
Danielle re-joined the B&B team in July 2016. Danielle's positive attitude and determination make her a great addition to the estimating team. Her experience in property management and project coordination makes her a valuable asset B&B.
Danielle enjoys the summer months getting together with friends and family. Fire pits and beverages or a weekend away camping are a few of Danielle's favourite things to do.
Mike (Gru) Saccomanno
Mike joined the B&B team in October 2015 after many years in the construction industry. Mike helps the B&B team reach new heights in the demolition industry each and every day. Dedicated to a job well done, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge in project management to work with him every day.
Mike is a man of a million nicknames, the ones that have stuck with us are GRU and the Unicorn. You will never find him without a Tim Horton's coffee in his hand. We had to send him back for a urinalysis because it came back as a double-double the first time. If you don't find Mike working he will be at a coffee shop or working on machinery. He also enjoys all sorts of sports and being out at the lake fishing. If you are ever stuck on any topic of conversation, call Mike, he is a wealth of useless information.
George joined the B&B team in November 2016 with 5 years' experience in construction estimating. He is originally from South Korea, bringing with him a different point of view to projects and processes allowing B&B to be multi-cultural. He is also a certified associate in project management (CAPM). His military background allows him to give many positive aspects to B&B and clients. He is punctual, loyal, and well-organized.
George enjoys playing soccer and basketball in his free time, and spending time with his small family. You can find him in the mountains on weekends in the summer since he goes hiking almost every weekends with his family and his little Yorkie.
Lindsay joined B & B Demolition in May of 2016 after many years in finance in the oilfield industry. Her hard working personality and attention to detail make her a great asset to the team.
Lindsay has a wonderful sense of humor, is spontaneous, and enjoys camping and attending concerts.

Lachlan joined the B&B team in September 2015, bringing with her a vast amount of knowledge in dispatch for the transportation industry. Her positive and determined attitude, coupled with her years of experience, make her the perfect fit for one of B&B's busiest roles.
When Lachlan's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her favourite drinks include a coffee at work and a scotch with friends on the weekend.

Cory re-joined the B&B team in June 2015. Cory brings with him a wealth of knowledge in demolition, successful project management, and employee relations. Cory, and takes pride in helping the B&B team succeed each and every day.
Cory enjoys watching wrestling and football on the weekends. Cory is a devoted family man who enjoys taking his family on camping trips during the summer months. During a recent family trip to Mexico Cory discovered zip-lining and he looks forward to doing it again.
Derek Hodgson, NCSO
Human Resources / Safety Manager
Derek received his Safety Officer designation with the Alberta Construction Safety Association in 2001 while working in the oilsands projects of Fort McMurray. Since then he has gained experience working in various industries across western Canada and has become a valuable member of the B&B team.
Derek enjoys playing his guitar to his favourite band Volbeat in his free time and is a big fan of the Star Wars films. Derek can be found watching and cheering on our Edmonton Oilers every game day. In the summer months Derek enjoys sitting around a fire and socializing with friends and family.
