Your company [b&b demolition ltd.] got the bid to do the demolition of our home that exploded, then caught on fire in december 2012. I just wanted to say thank you for providing us with such a great track hoe/ excavator operator and support labourers. They all went above and beyond their normal job duties to pause when we saw something that may have been worth salvaging.
When you loose everything, the littlest thing could mean the world to you if you can recover it. [b&b demolition's excavator operator] was so patient with us and could maneuver that huge machine so well.
